Good Day Dr. Albright,

I want to sincerely apologize to you for not being able to understand what you were doing for me the last time I was in your office.

Brain fog was a serious side effect issue for me from the cancer treatment.

Everything you did for me that day in your office including sending me to Dr. Kakar worked perfect.

As always you take great care of me, your steady and highly skilled in your work. In all the years you have treated me I have never once been disappointed thank you for that, and your consistent wisdom.

Stay in practice we need you in the game my friend!!!
